Emcee Dru Manchu of Bad Habitat and Surreal Music will be performing live at Backspace, a nice little club in Downtown Portland. By day Backspace is a coffee shop, gamer lounge and art gallery. By night Backspace is an awesome spot for concerts. Known as a "hipster" type of spot Bad Habitats style of music fits in great here. Alternative Hip Hop artists like Dru Manchu will pack Backspace with droves of Portland Hip Hop heads.

From sock drives to coat drive, toy drives to food drives, Dru Manchu and Bad Habitat among other Portland Hip Hop groups donate their time and energy to good causes like this. The Toy and Coat drive at Barracuda in January of 2010 will benefit underprivileged children in the Portland Area. Portland Emcees like Dru Manchu, Flawless and Damian Grey of Bad Habitat go above and beyond for the community.
